Born on November 23, 1966 in Bielefeld, Mr. Moelling studied at the University of Bielefeld. Following his legal clerkship in Bielefeld and Frankfurt am Main he worked for six months in the New York office of the U.S. law firm Shearman & Sterling.

After his admission as attorney-at-law in 1996 Mr. Moelling worked in the Frankfurt office of Shearman & Sterling until May 2003. From June 2003 until June 2008 Mr. Moelling was employed in the Frankfurt office of the U.S. law firm Kaye Scholer as European Counsel. Mr. Moelling advises German and foreign companies in corporate law as well as in bank and capital markets law. He was involved in numerous capital markets transactions (IPOs, issuance of shares and bonds) and M&A transactions.

Mr. Moelling completed a course to become a certified administrator of a will and advises in matters of inheritance law including the drafting of last wills. A further focus of his activity is the transport and forwarding law for which he has passed the respective course for specialist attorneys.

Mr. Moelling is authorized to represent before all German Local, Regional and Higher Regional Courts.
